If you wish to cancel an order or pre-order placed on-line, please contact us at customer service. Please note there is a 15% re-stocking fee on all cancelled orders that are placed. Orders must be cancelled within a few hours after you placed the order. We process and ship pretty quick, if you take longer than this period it will be too late to stop your order from leaving our store. If that is the case, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. To sum it up, please make sure your order is accurate before placing it. Once it enters our system, it will be difficult to stop and cancel. The prices displayed on this website do not reflect what is listed in our retail stores. Each store operates separately and products do match the prices listed on our website. Also certain products may not be available in the region or store banner of your choosing.
